About David Marshall
David Marshall brings more than three decades of experience in residential design, construction, and architectural coordination. Beginning his career as a carpenter in Boston in 1985, he later became a licensed General Contractor in Massachusetts and Florida.
His work spans custom waterfront homes, complex renovations, and highly detailed architectural millwork. Through DM Design + Build, David combines the perspective of a designer with the practical knowledge of a builder to guide residential projects from concept through construction.
Design Team Collaboration
DM Design + Build frequently collaborates with architects and design professionals on custom residential projects. With extensive experience in architectural detailing, millwork coordination, and construction planning, David Marshall works closely with design teams to help translate architectural intent into precise execution in the field.
