Seaview Avenue Residence is a custom waterfront home located in Osterville on Cape Cod. The residence was designed by Doreve Nicholaeff Architecture and constructed under Marston Mills Custom Homes, with David Marshall serving as builder and construction lead.

The project reflects the traditional coastal architectural language of Cape Cod while incorporating refined interior spaces and extensive custom millwork. During construction, David Marshall produced the full interior millwork shop drawings and coordinated fabrication and installation to ensure the architectural design was executed with precision.

The result is a waterfront residence defined by craftsmanship, architectural proportion, and careful integration with its coastal setting.
